Competence. Saul completed his first flip in 2012,has purchased homes in multiple markets across the country. Along with his Rehab knowledge he has experience assisting clients getting out of foreclosure and facilitating Short sales. Saul is an active member of the largest Real Estate Investor group in the Pacific NW - REAPS (Real Estate Association of Puget Sound) since 2014. Saul is a 20-year veteran of the United States Navy and in 2018 he received his Real Estate Broker license.

If you are buying, he will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you so you can be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position. He will accomplish this through constant communication, and by being accessible whenever you need him.
Community. Saul is a strong supporter of the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer awareness foundation. Saul is extremely thankful for this organizationbecause in 2013 his wife was diagnosed with Cancer and due to support of organizations like Susan G Komen, she is a Cancer survivor and has been in remission for over 5-years. As an active member of multiple associations Saul readily volunteers throughout the community via his affiliation with the following groups: Thurston County Multiple Listing Sales Association, BRING Networking, Bigger pockets, South sounders Toastmasters, Veteran of Foreign Wars (VFW), American Legion and REAPS.
Personal. Saul has been an area resident of Olympia since 2005. When not assisting clients, Saul enjoys spending time with his wife Jodi and their family, health & fitness events, entertaining their friends, traveling and relaxing at their property on the West side.
